Cookie Policy

Last updated: 13 August 2026

This policy explains how SWF.one uses cookies and similar technologies at swf.one.

We do not track you

SWF.one uses no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking technologies. We do not profile you, we do not track you across other websites, and we do not share information about your browsing with anyone.

Because we set no tracking or marketing cookies, there is no consent banner on this site โ€” there is nothing to consent to.

What we do use

We use only what is strictly necessary for the platform to work. This is limited to:

  • Essential session information, so that you stay signed in as you move between pages and we can show you the right organisation's content.
  • Connection information, if you have chosen to connect Google Drive or Dropbox, so that those imports continue to work without asking you to reauthorise every time.
  • Interface preferences, such as remembering how you left the layout arranged. One functional cookie is used for this. It holds no information that identifies you and expires within a week.

Most of the above is held in your browser's own storage rather than in cookies, and none of it is used for any purpose beyond running the product for you.

Managing it

You can clear all of it at any time by signing out, by clearing site data for swf.one in your browser settings, or by disconnecting an integration on the Integrations page. Doing so will sign you out and disconnect any linked Google Drive or Dropbox account. Nothing in your catalogue is affected.

You can also block cookies entirely in your browser settings. Since the only cookie we set remembers a layout preference, blocking it costs you nothing else.
